The project was completed by the Dabble group, but many of the wider WI members made poppies, yarn was distributed amongst those that wanted to join in.

The poppies were  knitted, crocheted, sewn, with pom pom centres or buttons.  Lots of delving into button boxes, red fabric and yarn stash.

The finished article was display in the village.
