WI Dabble

We will be making some of these later in the year

Wednesday morning Christmas making

An afternoon with scraps of white yarn and the pom pom makers....will be used on the tree

We started finding the best way to use our decorations

We are busy playing with paper these last few weeks

We had a lot of fircones and also a lot of corks, with a bot of effort and a glue gun..

Today we did some gnomes and some Father Christmas/gnomes..

This month we had a go at chicken scratch embroidery.....

Another lovely afternoon making Christmas arrangements.

Our little group decided to do a craft fair to sell on some of the things that we made, I can't deny the table was maybe too full.....

Over the last few weeks we have been preparing for a craft fair organised by the Bedfordshire WI,

For the last few years I have made fabric gift bags, and have now got many different colours and styles.

Christmas cards, a session to be planned in October/November

Searching around the internet I came up with a pattern using a water bottle as the inside.

One evening in the run up to Christmas 2021 we had an evening Zoom meeting and Judy took us through a demonstration on how to make several different 'no cook' sweets. 

Maulden Church has an annual tree festival, and in 2021 the dabble group had a good old brainstorming session to come up with something different.
