I used something called Egyptian thread number 5, on the peach & green one, I got it from a charity shop, hence choice of colours! and did use a pattern to start with, although changed it to include beads, reduced number of flowers, and they kind of changed a bit.  I felt it needed something to weight it down, hence beads. I can see you can get it from Amazon, I had assumed the person had bought it on holiday as it is Spanish, it is lovely quality.

Right hand one, I just made flowers and then did a chain with beads, and as I was ready to put on flowers just put hook through back. The yellow was from a charity shop also - I think probably 5 too.

I love crocheting with cotton - just made a hat! and am obsessed with buying it if I see in charity shop!

I did google around to understand the sizes thesprucecrafts, I guess the hook size really to see how it looks and if the hook works with it.

I can't find the pattern now for the one with little leaves now :(

flower necklace/ you basically make loops in the pattern and then go back and make flowers in loops but I found that too fiddly and I kept changing spacing of flowers so undid it more than once.
